Growth Equity Interview - Lead Edge Capital

Does anyone have any general advice they could provide for Growth Equity Interviews? Am starting the interview process and was invited to interview with a firm called Lead Edge Capital. Can anyone provide any insights on the firm and what their process is like?

Went thru a couple growth equity interviews. From my experience, technicals will cover standard LBO knowledge, structuring minority investments (use of preferred shares, liquidation preference, etc), and use of unit economics to evaluate whether a company is a good investment. There was more emphasis on fit for these interviews than standard buyout ones - any shop with a heavy sourcing component will ask about that too (why you think you'd be good at it, why you want to do it).

I did one model test and it was just to model a minority investment entry & exit (cash injection, no leverage). Hope that helps
