Industrial PE firms
Looking for a list of industrial PE firms in the US/Canada that will cut equity checks for 25-50mm to invest in B2B style businesses? CapIQ is going to be a pain to deal with on this one - does anyone have any bright ideas? Online source where this info could easily be obtained from?
Guaranteed SB donation for any useful knowledge drops. Thanks
I can copy/paste a list from private equity info. I can limit the criteria by max/min revenue/ebitda/EV being more than or less than a certain amount.
Is a max rev more than $300mm search good?
For industrial deals with equity checks of 25 - 50mm you're probably looking to search for companies with EBITDA in the 8 - 20mm range.
just pm'd you
Comp - thanks. I actually did search for EBITDA ranges previously - the issue is what I'm looking for is an ideal list of about 40-50 firms. This EBITDA range returns a massive list (400+ firms with a late stage/mature/turnaround focus) in the US/Canada geographic location which doesn't really help. It actually even popped out my PE firm although we have nothing to do with industrial companies. Think VanBuren might have something helpful for me though.

freakin amazing - i think this should do. would be happy to return the favor sometime - just PM me if you need anything.
Know of a source that shows deal multiples by industry or size ($5-10mm ebitda)? My firm's subscriptions for precedents blow.
CapIQ comes to mind - that's where we run all of our precedents off of. They're pretty good with it..
