Investment Banking Off-Cycle Internships London-Amsterdam-Madrid Fall 2020

Hello, I am a masters student from a top Business School in the UK, graduating in August 2020. I was planning to apply for Off-Cycle internships in Investment Banking in London, Amsterdam and Madrid (as I am also very fluent in spanish) in July- August to start my internship between October and January (the starting day varies depending on each bank).

But this COVID-19 Crisis could just ruin my whole plan. I know many SA are on the brink of being cancelled, and Banks will be much more reluctant when giving FT offers (some banks may even totally freeze hiring), so my question is how this will impact on Off-Cycle internships in 2020, knowing that there are already very few off-cycle spots (5 or 6 at BB and even less at EB) and knowing that the start day will be after summer, when hopefully this health crisis will be under control.
