Really hoping they announce a pay bump. Baird raised, hoping Blair moves too and forces Jefferies’ hand. Anyone know who Jefferies indexed themselves to?

Jefferies now among the lowest paying banks on the street, second to only GS at this point assuming bonus in line w last year and base isn't increased.

Jefferies will be the last to raise. The mentality of Rich Handler is "you should be grateful you're employed"

Swear to God if I see another cringe mail from rich and brian before base revision / bonus

He has truly become #1 in the virtue signaling league tables within banking

Edit: Certainly not woke enough to take care of (he/him/his) employees tho

Strongly considering lateraling if an announcement is not made before return offers on Friday

Got good news for y'all. Someone in the know told me they haven't sent out the intern offer letters yet because they are working through the pay increases and want to include that in the offer letters. Be on the lookout for news Monday through Wednesday since that's when the offer letters are supposed to come out.
