Kearney PEMA Analyst Interview Advice?

Hi WSO,

I just got an invite to interview for Kearney's PEMA analyst position. Does anyone have insights into the Kearney first and final round analyst interviews for the role? I'm curious about the:

  • Difficulty of the cases

  • Content in the cases (if they're only M&A cases and if there are any industries I should get myself accustomed to)

Also, any other advice and insights outside of this would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
