KKR Real Estate vs LaSalle Investment Mgmt

Hi friends,

Currently hesitating between these two shops. Hope to get some insights.
For first job (post undergrad), which one is better? Got opportunities to work ft in both shops (one of their Asia offices)
LaSalle definitely has a larger platform ($50b+ AUM) and better track record in Asia. Yet KKR is also a great platform even though its real estate business is kinda new.
KKR offers a slightly higher comp, but for me deal exposure/MBA placement/culture is more of a concern.

Could use some insights!
Thank you!
