Making it to PE from here?

So I’m currently at a non target SEC school but I’m doing great and I’m looking to once again get a PE position considering the odds. So I have one option. I could do my schools MSRE program and graduate with both my bachelors and masters and maybe do REPE at Blackstone and try to transfer from there. My schools program gets students into tons of top spots at big firms on both buy and sell side so I’d like to give that a shot. would that be viable? how would you do it if you were me? what do you recommend?
