Moving from NYC to Mumbai
Hi guys,
I currently work in the Corporate Banking team of a BB in NYC as a 2nd year Associate, but wish to switch to i-Banking (advisory or capital markets) in a BB in Mumbai at the same level. How difficult will it be for me to make this switch and what can I expect to make in terms of compensation at this level?
Also do i-banks in mumbai pay like the banks here in the US? I mean is there a base plus bonus or is there a CTC with fixed and variable (HRA etc) components?
Please advice, would really appreciate is someone could throw some light on the above!
