got offer, but not taking it

i have an offer too, but still thinking about it. seems like the conversion rate is really low, and i'd hate to be ending the summer w/o an offer.

mind telling where are you guys going instead of MS?

Granted it was a lateral move ... I had a choice of going to a top 3 IB (where making straight to associate is harder) vs my old job where I had guaranteed promo to another BB but not top IB where making straight to asso was also much easier ...and it paid better too

after much consideration - i ended up taking a chance going to a top 3 IB ... we're still young ... work hard and take a risk

I'm 2010 IBD SA. And, yeah, conversion rate is prob very low - but it's such a great opportunity! I'm really excited about it.

Here's a few things that I've heard/would like to hear more about:

1. Housing - last year they put all the interns at the Ritz? Not sure if this is true - it'd be awesome if it is, since I have no idea how to get housing in HK, and the Ritz is nice...

2. It's a generalist program - but your preference ranking makes a difference on the types of deals that you do
