It’s tough times out there dude, absolutely don’t let it get you down. Only focus on moving forward, the right position is out there.

I feel bad asking this because I’m somewhat in the same situation, but how were you notified about your rejection, was it via a phone call or email?

keep grinding man, didn't pull an offer until my 6th superday and proceeded to receive 4 in a row after. You'll find your groove, just have to keep believing in yourself. My advice is to be calm, confident, and most importantly, be yourself. After consecutive rejections, each superday came with more pressure and I genuinely believe it impacted my performance. I approached that 6th one with a completely different mindset and with it came a lot of momentum. Best of luck

After my first two SD rejections, I was ready to give up and started applying to other roles. Then I got an invitation for another SD and I approached it a little differently. I stopped trying so hard to impress them and treated it as if I didn't really want the job that bad (even though I did). I felt like my answers came out more naturally and it became more of a conversation than a Q & A. Like the person above said, be calm, confident, and be yourself. Smile a little more and make the interviewer chuckle a little if possible. Also review your technical knowledge and spend a little bit of time reviewing current market events. Hope you get another SD and an offer.

Agreed I had very shitty first rounds and didn't hear back from any of them mostly because I treated them as if I didn't do well it was the end of the world. I did the same approach above and started treating the interviews as if they're just networking calls and kept it casual and ended up absolutely bodying every interview afterwards. Keep at it boss you got this

Got rejected from 2 SDs at the same place (but different role). Now I got a different role which I am just as happy with. It will happen. Just a matter of time. Read the Slight Edge!

I had five and only received an offer on my last one. All you need is one offer. Keep pushing and good luck!

a ton of people have said this but same - wasn't til my 4th superday. felt terrible by then too so completely understand how you're feeling, but keep going as everyone is saying

Just remember, it may take one super day for others and it may take ten for someone else. At the end, everyone has a job. Only difference? One may be a bit more grateful than the other. Keep it up, don’t quit and it’ll happen!

If you think about it superdays often have 8-10 candidates (maybe more depending on the bank), and often only a couple slots in each, so even after 2 superdays it's not like your odds are that great. Consider relationship hires and diversity candidates (if lumped in the same pool) and your odds are even lower.

Think about it like dating - yeah it's discouraging maybe but you nothing you can do but go for the next one.
