I recently completed an Operations internship at a BB (JP/GS/MS) in London but did not convert, and am now trying to apply for summer in front office positions. HOw bad does it look that I didn't convert the Operations role?

Going to be a tough sell
Operations -> FT FO is a hard jump, best shot from an internship is internal mobility. I'd keep your options open and apply to other roles too
