I've heard they are poaching lots of senior talent to build out the platform, especially C&R and Business Services. While every firm throws the term around, it seems like they truly embody the entrepreneurial spirit of boutiques. They have quite a bespoke approach that makes juniors feel like more than Excel monkeys.
