Please look over some of my bullet points

Hi, can you look over my bullet points to make sure it is in the right (past) tense, and other things that I should change. Just need another set of eyes

• Sole analyst responsible for monitoring a 16 state territory for newly issued municipal securities
• Ensured the timely and accurate upload of over 140 municipal security data points into "Company's" database
• Communicated closely with underwriters, legal counsels, financial advisors, investment bankers, and trustees to confirm information and procure documents for newly issued securities
• Maintained an intimate understanding of municipal security terms and conditions to serve as a resource for any questions from other departments regarding municipal securities
• Analyzed accuracy of newly issued municipal security terms and conditions for all U.S territories

Thanks so much.

IMO 1. Took responsibility for . . . . 2. Collected, organized, and accurately uploaded. . . . in a timely manner(if you really want it, but I don't think it is necessary because it is implied that you do things on time, if there was a short turn around time then you might add that) 3. Worked with . . . . I'm not sure what you did, but if it is not a lie for you to say you created something I would say you created it. Also, you should name the most relevant document such as a prospectus, or whatever. 4. Served as a liaison between (your team's name) and other departments for all(or whatever is accurate) questions regarding municipal security terms and conditions. (It should be understood that to accomplish that task you would need strong knowledge) 5. Ensured newly issued municipal security terms and conditions within U.S. territories complied with (the client's?) desired specifications. (Brings to mind attention to detail while showing less of how BS work it is).

No promises I am right, but if it were my resume, that is how I would change it . I did assume that where I left parts blank you would know how to correctly adjust the grammar, such as in 1.
