I have recently been offered an Analyst position (straight out of college). Salary is ~$90k all in. The firm does more "vanilla" deals and has $10B+ AUM. Is this below street?

Would say you're definitely in the lower range. $10B AUM is a good size but even for more traditional direct lending I'd expect at least $125k all-in considering recent IB bumps.
Yes, this is below street. I would try to negotiate with the firm, as $90k is far below what a first year analyst would make at an IB. I’d push for at least $150 all in
