Profile Eval - International Student: Banking in US/France + late transition to WB/IFC/ADB

Hi, I'm a Filipino recent-grad with less than a year's work experience and I want to try to get into IB/Consulting in mature market like the US/UK/France. Actually, any "analyst" role in Fin/Consulting is better than where I was (Sales role in FMCG). And then looking to transition into an Investments role in a multilateral development bank mid-career (ADB, WB, IFC etc.)

It's sort of a last minute decision but I am trying to get into my target grad schools for last round admissions.
Target Schools:
1) Duke Masters in Quantiative Management: Business Analytics
2) HEC Masters in International Finance (French school)
3) ESSEC Masters in Management (then will specialize in Finance; French school)
4) Universite Pantheon Sorbonne: Quantitative Ecomics (keeping the econ track open for that multi-lateral dev bank; another French school)
Would you suggest other schools or programs in the US?

Note1: I have the option to for next year's admissions but I'm already 21 and I'm kind of rushing with life so I want to try applying as early as now
Note2: don't remember my Finance and Accounting classes in undergrad and got C/C+s in those subjects so was a bit hesitant to apply to top-tier Masters in Finance prgrams

PROFILE:
Undergrad GPA: 3.21
Education: Top School in the Philippines, but not known elsewhere
Major: Management Engineering (a quantitative business undergrad), with a Minor in French, and a Minor in Economics

GRE: Studied for a week now and mock scores say 317 (161 Q, 156 Verbal)
*I think I can pull it up to the lower 320s in two week's time (sched of my GRE; yes - this gradschool thing has been sort of a last minute decision) while I work two full-time jobs
*GMAT Equiv is around 630-660 for a GRE of 317 to lower 320s

Lots of extra curriculars:
- President of an International Relations student org with 300+ members
- Lots of project management roles in other orgs with measurable results in my CV (Increased bank balance by 300%, Increased Membership participation rate by 75%, Increased project eval compliance rate... etc)
- Been funded for a conference in Harvard and had a summer semester in France.
- Was a champion of several case competitions and quiz bees in the PH. Ex: Proctor & Gamble CEO Challenge (was sent to Singapore globals), a Nestle Case Compet, a Modern Languages Quiz Bee, an Economics Quizbee in the University

Lots of Community Development initiatives: Pro-bono teaching to urban-poor communities (Financial Literacy to urban poor moms, Statistics and Physics to poor High school kids, Taught in Bible School every Sunday, etc.)

Professional Experience:
- Hired into the Unilever Future Leader's Program for Sales. fresh from undergrad. 7 out 6000+ Filipino candidates (yes, this is a real figure). Quit after 5 months. I was considered as a top business grad in the country yet they paid me around $20K USD a year only. My peers were paid around $5k-8k USD yearly, so it's pretty bad - in general, in the Philippines.
- Became a Full-time University Instructor where I teach 4 different subjects this semester: Operations Management, Operations Research, Decision Analysis with Spreadsheets, and Business Strategy in the ASEAN Context
- Taught part-time while I was still working for Unilever: Business statistics and Information Technology Basics for Management students
- Also working as a full-time Economic Research Analyst for the University's Center for Economic Research & Development. Basically, I write a couple of reports and market insights. Some banks and government agencies consult us from time to time and I try my best to feed them with econ/market BS.
- I own a social enterprise that hires urban-poor stay-home moms to create fashionable bags. Business is doing good, but thinking of leaving it to my business partners to handle
