Raith Capital Partners - any insight?

Does anybody have any insight on Raith Capital Partners? It looks like senior mgmt came from Rialto Capital, which I'm also not too familiar with. Looks like Raith has strategies on both debt and equity side and heard the most recent equity fund was $250M in commitments with a value-add profile.

Curious about typical deals, culture, comp, etc - basically anything. Thanks!

Spoke to a HH about an associate role there, she quoted $160-$180k with carry being a consideration after a year or two. New fund is mostly equity, with some mezz/pref equity sprinkled in. Value-add deals that they self GP (seems like every fund wants to get a piece of the GP side these days). Debt fund is a separate account that looks at distressed notes.

The investor base is legit, fund sizes are growing, deal activity seems good, etc. Seems like a good gig for somebody who wants to be in REPE, and in early at a growing shop. As someone who's in development, I personally wasn't interested as it's very finance-y and not so much real estate-y (and Rialto, where all the guys came from, has a reputation for being pretty sweaty).

They seem to be growing pretty quickly. Heard through the grapevine hours can be tough when on a deal - but where isn't that true. Not sure what is it like when not on something live. Deal profile seems to be value add deals within the 'institutional' space. As the above said, they were out with a role for analyst/associate/vp. Not sure who/if people ended up getting hired. Comp seemed to be in line with market.
