RE Financial Analyst Interview Test
Have an interview for financial analyst position at large RE company. 30 minute Excel skills test is to be conducted.
Does anyone know what specific items will be tested and to what degree? Anyone been interviewed for a similar position?
Job description calls for excel modeling (cash flow projections, valuation models) and creation of analysis tools such as macros.
Any insight or experiences interviewing for a job like this is much appreciated!
what kind of modeling experience do you have?
Basic, I can run a simple DCF but have not done sensitivity analyses or things of that sort.
