Real estate development coordinator vs RE asset/investment analst
Hi, I come from an engineering background. I have the opportunity to work for a small boutique re pe as an analyst or a development coordinator for a large re development firm.
What is a “development coordinator?”

Like another entry level development title. Think like an assistant project manager/ development associate type role

They also value construction experience more than other firms. Not saying others don’t, but CIM is more a construction oriented developer whereas others are more finance oriented
