Refer to MD as Mr. during interviews?
Have superday coming up and two of my interviews are with MDs. Want to know what is generally the norm when speaking with MDs: is it okay to refer to them by their first name only or should you use Mr/Mrs in front? Thanks

If he is past your dad's age, probably use Mr., if past the granpa's age, definitely use Mr.
