Rising Sophomore IB Opportunities
Hey guys, so I go to a semi target school and have seen many sophomores do IB BB and some of them don't even seem like they are diversity. Are there any programs for sophomores where I can land a IB BB gig my sophomore summer?

I think Citi and CS have established sophomore programs, I think CS might be diversity only, and Citi emphasizes diversity candidates. Also know of people doing MS, GS, and BAML IB programs sophomore year, though these are all girls and might be part of some diversity program
from what I know you don't have to be diversity to get GS soph IB, but they have so few spots for sophs to begin with that it really comes down to how much of an alumni base you have there and your connections w/ them (so, how much of a semi-target your school is for GS)
Are you non-white and/ or female?
I know a couple sophomores doing Barclays and UBS and they don't seem like diversity as well so I was really confused too. Does anyone know when recruiting starts for these programs?
early your sophomore fall, I had friends who interviewed for BAML programs in sep/oct
do you know what their interviews were like? technical heavy?
More behavioral focused, but some basic technicals. I didn't interview with BBs but did some UMM PE interviews and mine were mostly behaviorals, some casing, and very very basic accounting/DCF questions. I think that early, most people are understanding and don't expect too much
