Sample seed pitch deck for SaaS company

Hi all,

Working with an education saas company on their pitch deck for family office/VC seed funding. Hoping someone could share either:
1) good sample decks on early stage Saas companies pitching to VCs
2) any thoughts on what family offices or VCs will care about most (eg team, market growth runway etc) at this stage based on your VC experience.

Help much appreciated.

Thanks

From my experience of making investor decks you can structure it in the below format.

  1. What problem are you trying to solve? (Include what we do statement)
  2. What is the size of the market?
  3. How big is the opportunity? (Rough calculations if you capture 10% - 20% of the market)
  4. Who are the current players?
  5. What is your differentiator compared to the competition?
  6. Team (How capable and their background in this space)
  7. How your product/service/platform is scalable? (Most important)
  8. How much funds you need and the application of funds

There will be lot of sample format but if you answer the above questions and visually convey a story then you will be in great shape to present.

Hope this helps!
