From what I've heard, the disclosure information you put down when you apply isn't seen by those reviewing your application. It's like anonymous data they collect to track that stuff.

 

Nearly all of the "pushes" for diversity candidates and what everyone on WSO thinks of when we talk about diversity recruiting, accelerated recruiting, etc. is only for diversity candidates that participated in the diversity events. They need to prioritize somehow.

Point being these people are after uniformity of thought for their cult. In theory, they expect you to be on their side because of the color of your skin, but in case you beg to differ on anything, then you will be deprived of your ethnic identity, because they own it.

Never discuss with idiots, first they drag you at their level, then they beat you with experience.
