From what I've heard, the disclosure information you put down when you apply isn't seen by those reviewing your application. It's like anonymous data they collect to track that stuff.

Nearly all of the "pushes" for diversity candidates and what everyone on WSO thinks of when we talk about diversity recruiting, accelerated recruiting, etc. is only for diversity candidates that participated in the diversity events. They need to prioritize somehow.

Not enough to be black anymore for the liberal terrorists.

Never discuss with idiots, first they drag you at their level, then they beat you with experience.

What the hell does this headline mean? I am a straight, mixed/black man, but I'm white now?

First Biden with his bullshit, and now this. Do liberals ever ask a regular black person/minority what their thoughts are on this insane crusade?

It goes along with this: Peter Thiel, the Silicon Valley billionaire who made news this summer for endorsing Donald Trump at the Republican convention, is a man who has sex with other men. But is he gay? https://www.advocate.com/commentary/2016/10/14/peter-thiel-shows-us-the…

Point being these people are after uniformity of thought for their cult. In theory, they expect you to be on their side because of the color of your skin, but in case you beg to differ on anything, then you will be deprived of your ethnic identity, because they own it.

Never discuss with idiots, first they drag you at their level, then they beat you with experience.
