Should I leave for a small bank?

I am being courted by a small two branch bank, I also have the ability to promote from within. It would be the same type of position if I choose to promote but my commute would change drastically from 10 minutes to upwards of 45 minutes. If I go to the small bank my commute stays the same, and I would only work Monday through Friday. My concern is if I leave I might have limited sources for growth. If I choose to promote I will spend more time driving which is not ideal and the team is in shambles. The upside for the promotion is I keep tenure, I have the ability to make more than the small bank with incentives. The smaller bank that doesn’t offer incentives at the moment. Any advice?
