Culture: Barclays, Piper Sandler, Morgan Stanley, and RBC
(In general, most Houston groups have a Southern/fratty/warm(er) culture, but I think the four I noted are widely considered the best)

Hours: Piper Sandler and BofA
(Of the notable banks in Houston—nobody cares about Stifel)

Analyst experience: RBC, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Evercore, and Jefferies
(Assuming deal flow, culture, and exits are the most important factors)
