Songs that inspire you to go out and get that money?

Have seen lots of threads on songs to listen to pump you up when you need to crank it in excel for a few hours, but where are the threads on songs that inspire you to go out there and make that money?

Post the artist & title if you're going to post a video (sometimes cant see videos on mobile)

Save dat Money- lil dicky

Just listened and checked out the lyrics:

"I've been savin' money since a motherfucker thirteen I wear the same pair of jeans everyday Free sandwiches, homie, two stamps away Book flight December but I leave in May Drugs are generic but still work the same I get logins for Netflix from my cousin Greg Thanks Greg!"

haha, this is pretty much the guidebook to staying wealthy....next thing you know rappers gon be singing about 401ks and Roth IRAs

In The Flesh

The Heat Is On - Glenn Frey (Beverly Hills Cop soundtrack). Seriously.

Just listened. This makes you think about money, srsly?

You know you've been working too hard when you stop dreaming about bottles of champagne and hordes of naked women, and start dreaming about conditional formatting and circular references.

What gets me going when I feel like I need to make more money.

Empire State of Mind

Follow the shit your fellow monkeys say @shitWSOsays Life is hard, it's even harder when you're stupid - John Wayne

Push it to the Limit - Paul Engemann (Scarface montage)
Money for Nothing - Dire Straits

Great 80s music for wall street. One highly underrated hit that a friend recently forwarded to me is "Big Time" by Peter Gabriel (
). This is an ideal song to walk into a jr-level finance job to.

Kendrick Lamar - Backseat Freestyle Kanye West - Flashing Lights Jay-Z - Empire State of Mind Fabulous - Just Throw it in Bag Lloyd Banks - Beamer, Benz, or Bentley And some others, basically every other rap tune....

Greed is Good!

I crack up at all the super gangsters on this board,... I wonder how many have even been in a one on one fist fight lol

Hey now. I've never been to Africa, but I'm still about that "bless the rains" lifestyle.

First thing that comes to mind is the WSOP song. Poker players rejoice.

American Authors - Best day of my life

To err is human. To forgive is divine.

In the Phil Collins vein "In The Air Tonight." Next time you go to Miami rent a performance car, preferably a convertible, and at night blare that song as you're flying down 95 or over the Causeway going 100 (Miami cops hardly ever pull you over, trust me I lived there for 3 years). You get to feel like Crockett & Tubbs instantly. You'll either get motivated to do well in a legit field or become a 1984 coke importer. Regardless the drums rock. I used to go out of my way from my Brickell office and go down 95 to the Grove to fly down 95 for 4 miles late at night just for that song.

I'm surprised at all of the rap without noting Biggie's Hypnotize. Or going old school rock with Metallica or GnR. A little Master or Welcome to the Jungle always lights a fire under my ass.

But maybe I'm just old.

Future- Trap Niggas Future- Fuck up some commas Meek mill- check Jay-z - U don't know

I actually love that fucking song.

Follow the shit your fellow monkeys say @shitWSOsays Life is hard, it's even harder when you're stupid - John Wayne

Can't tell me nothing - Kanye Nothing - Young Jeezy (Actually his whole TM103 album is motivational..assuming you don't literally take it as motivation to 'sell drugs' etc lol) Ambition - Wale My Last - Big Sean My Moment- DJ Drama Juicy - Biggy Not Afraid - Eminem

There's tons more..I just can't think of them right now.

When I was in grad school I had an old Alison Krauss CD stuck in my car's CD player. (You kids know what a CD player is...right?). The day of one of my most difficult exams I pulled into the parking spot in the deck at the same instant that song finished.

I aced the test and took that as a sign. So now before any big presentation, sales meeting, or anything of significance I always listen to "Tiny Broken Heart".

"Everybody needs money. That's why they call it money." - Mickey Bergman - Heist (2001)

Did you go to Ultra? Heard a security guard was trampled at the fence. You see any of that?

Starfucker - "Julius" Justice - "Civilization" Arcade Fire - "Sprawl II" Django Unchained Soundtrack - "Django" Kanye West/Jay-Z - "Power" (ONLY the Jay-Z remix version)

Edit: Just re-read the original post and saw the context was football. These are good songs to crank at your desk, not necessarily play sports. Oops

Would be very interested to compile a list for that if there isn't one floating around already.
