Things to consider when making a career move

hi all,

A quick questions regarding things to look out once you received a new contract for a new job in PE, i consider the following to be appropriate to clarify with HR

  1. base pay
  2. bonus %, carry?
  3. if one forgone bonus, will the new employer compensate you for it?
  4. when is the next promotion?
  5. relocation expenses paid?
  6. Gardening leave
  7. number o f holidays per a year

that is all i can think of right now...any more from anyone?
