Location: Tier 1.5 city (ie. Chicago/Boston)
Title: Analyst
Base: $85
Bonus: 50-100%
Carry: Yes
Experience: <2 years
about $20-40k shadow carry
Can you explain how shadow carry works?

Could you clarify what are your prior years (and how long) of experience are (IBD, Consulting, etc...) ?
