Véolia versus Suez thoughts

Hi there,

Since its a very European/French topic, I did not find anything about one of the most controversial European takeover of the century.

Is there any thoughts here on the hostile takeover made by Veolia on Suez ?

Specially on the tools that Suez used to avoid the takeover such as the Netherlands foundations or the the sale of its water business in Australia.

It's a huge deal here in France.

Here is a recap if you missed the things : https://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/veolia-v-s…
