When Does ER recruiting start for FT'ers?

I know that for IB, FT will start immediately after internships in August... is this pretty much the same for ER?

Also, any other major differences for FT ER recruiting vs. IB?

Haven't looked into yet (current SA). However, ER SA recruiting takes place in September/October, so I doubt full time recruiting occurs any earlier
