UK Undergrad here, I will be applying to London Firms and I know that most of them train their full time analyst class in London but I understand that some ship you off to NY for training (which sounds like a lot of fun). I was curious as to which did this. In particular do PJT hold FT training in London or New York.

NYC: GS, JPM, BofA, PWP (don't know about other EBs) London: MS, DB, Credit Suisse, Barclays, UBS, (Citi – not sure here)
Citi is london - or at least last year it was london when I spoke to someone.
But the rest above is correct. I’ll add Jefferies which is in NYC (or at least was one year for my friend). Rotschild is London for sure, and I think CTV is NYC (but if someone could confirm that’d be great).
Centerview London is training in NYC. This year all remote obviously so noone got to go.
Jeff is now (since 2017 or 2018) London for both analysts and associates
Lazard is London too
Pretty sure DB is in London.
I think CS still sends markets grads to NYC. IBD in London

PJT sends the class to New York. Apparently it’s amazing. The analysts that have started now are in London due to covid though.
Not a huge thing, I'm just curious, but do the firm's normal travel policies apply for these trips?
I.e. is it Business Class since it's a long haul flight? And do you stay at the sort of 'regular' hotels employees ordinarily stay in (e.g. for GS - I know everyone stays at the Conrad usually)?
Cant speak for every bank of course but generally no, lol. Economy class as well as a decent hotel
Citi sends analysts to New York for training. NY is fun but idk if that should be your priority in the job application process LOL
