Lol I didn't think I'd have to spell this out for you but I can. First off, america was obviously built by mostly white people in power and that's just a fact. Secondly, the reason why URM are disadvantaged and Asians aren't si because it is completely different circumstances. Many Asians who are here are second generation immigrants whose parents were brought here through a work visa sponsorship meaning that they are highly qualified individuals and often in the middle to higher class in their respective countries or in respectable careers. Black people were enslaved , not allowed to read , and faced Jim Crow less than a century ago. Obviously they don't have generational wealth or opportunities that many white people do. So they are disadvantaged naturally. Hispanic people are also disadvantaged because as Mexico is right next to the US, many Hispanics are of illegal immigrants descent meaning that they come from extremely low income housing and have very poor resources and access to resources so it's a completely different wealth class of immigrants that come to America vs the type of class that comes form America from Asia

This is where your logic breaks down--America wasn't built by white people FOR white people. It was built by rich and powerful people for rich and powerful people who also happened to be children of the Enlightenment. Rich black people don't help poor black people. Rich Asians don't help poor Asians. And rich white people don't help poor white people. This idea that because there are powerful white people who run America that this somehow advantages the common white person is so laughably false and so devoid of any self-awareness (for someone who wants to work in FINANCE) that it absolutely takes the breath away.

Also, Vietnamese Americans, for example, who are largely South Vietnamese refugees from the Vietnam War and their progeny, do just about as well as white Americans in median income. These were not children of the Hong Kong elite--these are children of people fleeing mass murder coming from an impoverished country. (My Vietnamese barber told me one time that when he arrived in the U.S. in the 1970s he got 6 months of welfare and then was cut loose to rise and fall on his own.)

Once again, Asians completely undercut the myth that white supremacy is ingrained in all of America's institutions. Besides, all of America's most powerful institutions (Hollywood, mainstream media, music industry, Big Tech, gov't bureaucracy, public education, higher education, corporate America) are run by leftists, so if anyone is a white supremacist or white supremacist-adjacent it is the Democratic Party.
