Wharton($$$) Vs Babson($)
Hi, I was admitted to Wharton through ED earlier last month(legacy), however my dream school is Babson. ED is binding however with Babson's reputation do you think it would be worth dropping to my commitment if I am admitted. Wharton is a great program however, from what I've seen Babson has much more to offer, with real world business executive professors and a great entrepreneurship program. I also received no scholarships or financial aid from Wharton, however I believe Babson will much more likely give me scholarship money. I only applied to these two schools, please share your opinions.
Stats:
SAT: 1450
GPA: 3.85/4.00
Hispanic American
Household Income - 800k-1200k
Hey, thanks for the great advice. However, as I mentioned previously I only applied to Wharton and Babson. Do you have any useful information on either of those schools?
Lmao, can you even wait that long before you drop your Wharton commit? I am pretty sure you cannot wait more than two weeks, which doesn't give you time to find out what happened with the Babson decision.
You will likely turn out just fine by going to Babson but if you do not go to Wharton then you will seriously regret it for the rest of your life. Debt sucks but it is what it is
Go to Penn, It's a much better school then Babson. Also...
1) ED contract is binding, you can't get out of it unless you're from a destitute family and don't get enough aid.
2) Your parents make good money so they can easily afford penn.
Penn. as a fellow Latino they love diversity
If I were you, I would your heart and go to Babson. With an alumnus of your caliber Babson will overtake Wharton when your autobiography is published.
Worried about not getting a scholarship to Wharton
>800-1200k household income
