I received an interview through the women's program and I believe all participants received a 1st round following the program. First round was with an associate and all technical, then superday was 2 rounds with a VP and MD. Superday had some technicals but was more focused on fit, market knowledge, and behaviorals.

Interview
Quite a demanding interview. It consisted of submitting a resume, which required previous experience in finance (ideally BIG4 - in Poland they mostly do M&A). Even BIG4 analysts have to go through an Intern degree in the Warsaw office. The process consisted of 2-3 interviews during which team fit was checked, resumes were asked. Technical questions rather standard - they check how much who knows (valuations, DCF, LBO, "what do you know about our office", etc.). PDF 400IB questions should be enough to do well at the interview. Recruiters polite, but very demanding. They check where the candidate's knowledge limit is. There is also an emphasis on understanding the business and what is being said. Currently, as far as I know, there is also a case (presentation of the company with a valuation, and how event X will flow through the 3 financial statements) and a numerical test.

Applied online and HR reached out to me about a week later and got me into the process. Overall things went smoothly, but took a while between rounds (took like a week at a time to hear back). Ended with in person interviews at their office where I met with 4 people ranging from Associate to MD.
Interview Questions
Nothing really unexpected for an experienced analyst interview.

Spent a lot of time talking about deals on my resume since Rothschild was actually on the other side of one of the deals on my resume and the MD happened to have worked on that deal
Other than that, standard BIWS technicals with a decent bit of focus on why Industrials
