Interview
First submitted a resume then got selected for a hirevue. Waited a couple months before advancing straight to the superday. Super day was 3 30-minute interviewers, one person in each. One behavioral with an MD, 2 technical with associates. Behavioral was very situational and unique questions. Technicals were about overall macro trends as well as assessing financial viability based on certain scenarios on the statements. Really liked the interviewers, extremely kind and left plenty of time to converse and ask questions at the end. Whole superday process ran very smoothly, I was first in a room with several people and they would send me into breakout rooms accordingly.
Interview Questions
Weirdest question was tell me about a time you did something innovative in the workplace and it became the norm
