I applied randomly on Jan 1, 2026 when the app opened and almost automatically got sent a HireVue to do. 2-3 months later I got an email inviting me to a super day in New York. The super day consisted of one day with conference style breakout rooms and meetings with all prospective interns for Real Estate, IB, Wealth Management, etc. Followed by a dinner/drinks social with those that would be possibly interveiwing you the next day from various groups within Real Estate. The second day was 3, 30 minute interviews and we got offers by the end of the day.
