Accounts Associate, PIMCO

Hi there, I am interviewing for a role in Accounts Associate at PIMCO in Asia but not too sure what the role is about. I don't want to seem too dumb about it when I come down. It seems that the PIMCO strategy is to "outsource business to investment management companies" where they "select managers and cost controls". The JD seems to be like typical wealth management stuff preparing client reports on portfolio performance, risk metrics ettc. I was wondering if anyone would have insight into how PIMCO is doing in Asia and what an accounts analyst role entails?

I managed to secure a first round interview, but mostly because of my previous experience doing Corporate Finance. Thanks in Advance!!
