advice needed for junior interested in er / am

hello, i’m a junior that transitioned to finance pretty late aka not that long ago. as someone interested in equity research or ig more so asset management, i’ve been applying to available positions, but after 3 superdays ive been rejected by them all. i feel pretty hopeless since ik junior summer is important and i was wondering if anyone had been in the same shoes or if anyone could give me guidance as to what to do because im feeling really lost. another point is i really want to know how to ace the superdays… i feel like i have the technicals down and i don’t think im a unlikable person(?) so just all advice rn would really be appreciated. thank you.
