Advice on getting into AM after undergrad?
Hi-ya Monkeys,
Wanted to ask for some advice. I am trying to get into AM after undergrad (I recognize this is difficult). But here are my stats - what is your advice on how I should do so/my chances?
cGPA = 4.00 Internship 1 = PWM BB Internship 2 = AM (think Putnam etc). Graduating from non-target in June 2019
I am on good terms with the folks in AM in the BB I worked at (think JPM, Deutsche) - we talk regularly.
Hi eldiablo4484, the silence is deafening, sorry about that.... Any of the threads below helpful?
Calling relevant professionals! @astrid09351" Vichea Mao @Victor-Chiew1"
You're welcome.
Well always reach out to professionals you know first since they know you and will put up a fight for you. PWM connections may be more networking then skipping into their AM arm's resume stack though. Otherwise, some larger AM shops have great new grad-level programs. I would absolutely blanket any of those you find and network into them. They can be very competitive though since its a small world. This was my entry point from a non-target.
