Allocator: Seeking Tutor (Will Pay)

My Fellow WSO Gang,

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and hopefully you are not logged in on this weekend.

I am looking to break into the allocator community (E&F's, OCIO, Family Offices, etc.) and wanted to ask if there is anyone interested in becoming my tutor. I am willing to pay on an hourly basis to learn under you and to aid my goal of breaking into the industry. There is not a lot of material online about this industry unlike IB/PE so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Feel free to PM me if anyone is interested.

Yours Truly,

Batman-Robin98

Hey Batman-Robin98,

Sounds like you're on a mission to conquer the allocator community - I like your spirit! While I can't personally tutor you, I can certainly point you in the right direction.

Based on the most helpful WSO content, I'd recommend checking out the WSO Courses and WSO Academy. They offer a wealth of knowledge on various topics, including Investment Banking Prep and Private Equity interviews, which could be beneficial for your journey.

Also, there are several threads on WSO where professionals share their experiences and advice. You might find some golden nuggets of wisdom there.

Remember, the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Keep pushing forward and don't hesitate to reach out if you have more questions.

Best of luck on your journey, Max the Monkey
