AM comp in continental Europe
Can anyone advise what comp should be for asset management (fixed income) roles in Continental Europe? Breakdown by base salary + bonus if possible.
Place I'm looking at is in an important city in Western/Central Europe, but not a major financial center. Very high local tax rate.
Have 4 years experience, so probably either Associate 1 or Analyst 3.
try looking at comparables on glassdoor if you're not going to be more specific.
What more would be useful? It's a decent sized shop, approx EUR 75bn AUM or so. My specific fund has around 5bn. Offers other services (M&A, private banking) but isn't a BB.
Glassdoor is useless, says like 1-2k per month.
80 - 110 CHF base 30% bonus
Thanks, that's useful. Do you know if there's a significant discount for France/Benelux? Lower CoL than Switzerland, but way worse taxes
yeah I think that would be a 10-20% discount on that number
