AM comp in continental Europe

Can anyone advise what comp should be for asset management (fixed income) roles in Continental Europe? Breakdown by base salary + bonus if possible.

Place I'm looking at is in an important city in Western/Central Europe, but not a major financial center. Very high local tax rate.

Have 4 years experience, so probably either Associate 1 or Analyst 3.
