AM salary
I find AM summer intern salary significantly lower than S&T SA ( 4560k). Wonder if it is the same for full-time position during the first few juionr years or SA salary is not indicative of full-time for AM industry? or its just company-specific thing? its all in London and AM is from a bigger european bank. For the most part, the only AMs who pay close to FO in BB banking are the prestigious US firms (TRowe, Welly, PIMCO etc.) and ofc the AMs within the BBs themselves.
