AM vs IB Recruiting Process? Boutique AM

Hey guys, I'm in the middle of FT recruiting, and have been interviewing at a bunch of banks in IBD, mostly MM but one BB, but I'm honestly more interested in AM/HF, and got selected for an interview for a research analyst position with a boutique ($30-40B AUM) asset manager.

The process for IB is pretty similar across all, first round phone/video interview, followed by in person superday, and some may go to third round superday (more the case with smaller firms). Is this generally pretty similar with asset managers too? This is the first time the fund is recruiting out of undergrad, so I have 0 idea what to expect, first round is in person with a director and a PM.

Any advice would be much appreciated
