Currently on an asset management grad programme with the opportunity to get some fixed income exp (IG most probz) however my end goal is a growth/E.M - equities desk.
How plausible is this switch, is it a common career change? Will there acc be transferable skills etc. also any views on how recruiters view fixed income exp for equity roles would be great.
