I know one guy that did this and it was pointless af because anyone can cancel at any time. At least with a phone call you can reschedule easily. I would not suggest this at all. Plus, with COVID its harder. Do normal phone calls, it’s just as good man.
I don't know if we're talking about the same thing. I'm talking about when JPM brings all the first year analysts to NYC and puts us up in hotels for a week. They bring you in the Manhattan office. At the very least its a free trip...
