Analyst/Associate – Loan Administration – New York

Top financial services firm seeks an analyst or associate, with 1-5 years of post-undergraduate experience, to administer a variety of debt and equity investments, using the LoanIQ platform, from pre-closing through maturity.  Transactions will span corporate and real estate, frequently be highly structured, and include significant preparation, processing, and maintenance of transactional legal documents.  Responsibilities will include coordinating the approval process, setting up the transaction in LoanIQ to accurately reflect the structure and terms, closing and settlement of funding, and ongoing management throughout the life of the transactions, all while ensuring that the firm’s risk management framework, policies and procedures are met.  Candidates will be intellectually curious, diligent, self-driven, and able to easily switch between numerous ongoing transactions at various stages of the closing process, as well as possessing strong interpersonal and writing skills, given the frequent opportunity to work closely with peers in credit risk, legal and finance. Please send resume (cover letter not required) to [email protected], and thanks for viewing my posting.
