Analyst/Associate – Loan Administration – New York and Houston

Top financial services firm seeks an analyst or associate to administer loans and letters of credit, using the LoanIQ platform.  Transactions will span all classes of commodities, and frequently be highly structured, with a high frequency of funding.  Role will require the chosen candidate to understand all operational facets of the financing process, including usage rates, collateral management, borrowing bases, and covenants; further, candidates must rely on decision-making skills regarding clients’ availability to draw down loans based upon their analysis of documentation and compliance certificates.  Candidates with 2-5+ years will be considered, and strong interpersonal and writing skills will be expected, given the high frequency of client interaction.  Candidates will be embedded with peers in business development and credit risk, and, over time, strong performers will be considered for opportunities that arise on those teams.  Ideally, candidates will be bilingual, in either Spanish or Portuguese, be detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks on a parallel basis. Please send resume (cover letter not required) to [email protected], and thanks for viewing my posting.
