Any insight into Barings return/conversion/FT offer rates from internship?

Weighing a Barings internship for New York next summer with another opportunity -- other company is bigger with very high conversion rate, but I'd rather be at Barings. If anybody has insight into return rate please lmk, it seems high from HR but no idea if that is true.
