Edit: Nevermind I am pretty sure its only Sophomores.
I am specifically referring to the Wealth Management intern program. It did not specify any year requirements under qualifications, and (unlike other DB programs) when I selected no for the question asking if I was a sophomore, it allows me to complete the entire application and essay.
