Arrowstreet Capital - Boston-based?

Hello Fellow Monkeys,

Has anyone else heard of Boston-based Arrowstreet Capital? I am thinking of applying there, but I can't seem to find any information on their website or in the older threads on WSO. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

so when they inevitably ask 'why arrowstreet?' you get to reply 'bc wso says so'. wtf, call them and talk to them to learn more and say you're considering them etc.

If the glove don't fit, you must acquit!

Wait, you know nothing about them but want to apply there anyways?

They're a quantitative investment firm that hires mostly STEM masters and phd students. Look them up on linkedin to get a feel for the employees' background.

Thanks guys, I did manage to search around a little bit on linkedin and I found a careers page as well. It seems like they are a quant firm with a STEM focus, with a bunch of econ profs and students as well.

I just want to know if they are well-reputed in the industry, what the culture is like, etc. before I reach out to someone at the fund. Their website is kinda minimal and googling does not seem to bring any new information.
