Associate Comp Market?

I'm thinking about potentially joining BlackRock in NY and would like to know if my offer is market comp. Would appreciate it if anyone has any insight. Does anyone know what experienced associates should expect to receive in terms of base and bonus. I imagine bonus varies by group, but base should be standard. Thanks.
